Q: What goes "beep....... beep....." while running and shows me a blank face??

The home pc has not been able to start up since Monday. All it does is give out a "beeeeep... (pause)... beeeeep...." sound even though the fan and everything does seem to be running... But nothing is on the screen. What has happened to it?? HELP!!! :'(
