Went for k-dinner for the first time. Not a very nice experience for the tummy... esp after eating and trying to exert the "dan dian" to sing. can feel the food being pushed up till the throat...
As the night is still young, we went for TWO cuppas. Really a cuppa too many... Teh tarik + Starbucks Peppermint Frappucino certainly did not go well together in my tummy. Went home with a super bloated tummy... i'm so tired but can't sleep with gas in my throat. i really envy my bro who can burp at will. i usually would wait till it goes naturally or do the baby thing - pat my back or front to induce burping but i think i would do a merlion if i were to do that now... so i would just have to wait... =_=
Being the lone ranger in the west, i always get the first cab home. Usually i would get the slient cab driver but today's cab driver is the super-long-winded-and-speaks-with-a-super-slow-tone-that-makes-you-wanna-go-to-sleep kind. There's something in his tone and manner that i find very familiar. I was caught red-handed squinting my eyes in the darkness to read the cab driver's name pasted on the wind screen. We realised that we used to work in the same site. He then began recounting his cab driving tales and drove at a crawling speed (considering how cab drivers like to cruise like they were Lewis Hamilton) and to my horror of horrors, even turned round to confirm that it is me!! Not exactly my favourite person at that time but hey, he gave me a discount on my cab fare. what can i complain about?? :P
