Flu bug has caught up with me......

Had a sore throat for past few days.... Despite drinking lots of water and fruits (for the vit C, even resorted to eating lemons and grapefruit), finally went to see the doc last night. My usual GP is on leave, the stand-in doc is quite weird..... din even check my breathing or is that my heartbeat... just asked me to describe my illness to him. In that case, I can also be a doc! Anyway all he did was to prescribe the same medicine my usual GP gave me... But all thanks to him, at least I know that I'm allergic to one type of medicine. My usual GP had written the instruction on my record but I wasn't aware of that.... Might had been from the time I had an adverse allergic reaction to some pollen or dust abt 7yrs ago.... Although it's great not to work, but I hate being sick cos I just hate swallowing medicine. Yucks!
